Sweet Sheet Pan Dinner for 4 Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts - cut in 1/4ths

  • 1 butternut squash - peeled and diced

  • 1/4 cup walnuts (pecans would be great too)

  • Dressing:

    • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    • 1 tablespoon calorie free Stevia brown sugar

  • 1 package apple Gouda chicken sausage - thinly sliced

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Mix dressing together and add to veggies

  • Roast in oven for 20 minutes

  • Add sausage to veggies after the veggies have cooked for 20 minutes

  • Cook an additional 20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
