Sausage Cabbage Soup

 

Sausage Cabbage Soup Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Breakfast sausage

  • 1 yellow onion - diced

  • 2 cloves garlic - minced

  • 4 cups chopped cabbage

  • 3 cans diced tomatoes

  • 1 empty tomato can filled with water

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp rosemary

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 2 tablespoons stevia brown sugar

Directions

  • Cook sausage in a large pot

  • Add tomatoes, water, cabbage, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, and brown sugar to pot then mix well

  • Place bay leaf on top

  • Cover & Simmer for 45 minutes

  • Remove bay leaf

  • Enjoy!
