Sausage Cabbage Soup
Sausage Cabbage Soup Ingredients
1 lb. Breakfast sausage
1 yellow onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - minced
4 cups chopped cabbage
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 empty tomato can filled with water
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons stevia brown sugar
Directions
Cook sausage in a large pot
Add tomatoes, water, cabbage, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, and brown sugar to pot then mix well
Place bay leaf on top
Cover & Simmer for 45 minutes
Remove bay leaf
Enjoy!
