Italian Egg Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cups RAOS marinara

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Fresh chives to sprinkle on top (optional)

  • *** WANT EXTRA PROTEIN? Ground up some italian sausage to mix in your RAOS marinara ***

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425F

  • Place RAOS in a cast iron skillet, top with cheese, crack eggs sporadically on top, sprinkle with pepper and chives

  • Cook for 12 minutes

  • Enjoy!
