Italian Egg Dish Ingredients
2 cups RAOS marinara
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fresh chives to sprinkle on top (optional)
*** WANT EXTRA PROTEIN? Ground up some italian sausage to mix in your RAOS marinara ***
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
Place RAOS in a cast iron skillet, top with cheese, crack eggs sporadically on top, sprinkle with pepper and chives
Cook for 12 minutes
