Breakfast Cauliflower Skillet Hash Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/4 cup green onion - chopped

  • 1 rep pepper - chopped

  • 1 head of broccoli - chopped into small pieces

  • 1 bag riced cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  • Turn oven on to broil

  • Cook bacon on medium heat in cast iron skillet

  • Once cooked remove the bacon, set aside, and crumble when cooled down

  • Add broccoli and red pepper to the bacon grease for 1 minute - add 1 tablespoon of olive oil if needed

  • Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes

  • Add bacon and stir

  • Crack 4 eggs sporadically on top

  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and green onion on top

  • Put your skillet in the oven on broil for 6 minutes

  • Enjoy!
