QUICK Pesto Goat Cheese Low Carb Chicken and Asparagus Ingredients - SERVES 1

  • Asparagus

  • Real good chicken strips

  • 2oz goat cheese

  • 1 tablespoon pesto

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Add fresh asparagus and drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil to pan

  • Add Realgood chicken to the other side of your pan

  • Cook for 10 minutes

  • While that’s cooking, microwave pesto and goat cheese for 10 seconds, mix well

  • Top chicken with mixture and cook for another 8 minutes

  • A total of 18 minutes and dinner is SERVED!
