Portobello Protein Pizza Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cups RAOS pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup mini pepperonis
Directions
Brush olive oil on backside of mushrooms, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then flip over
Fill mushrooms with cottage cheese, pizza sauce, mozzarella, & pepperoni
Broil for 8 minutes
