Portobello Protein Pizza Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4 portobello mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cups RAOS pizza sauce

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis

Directions

  • Brush olive oil on backside of mushrooms, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then flip over

  • Fill mushrooms with cottage cheese, pizza sauce, mozzarella, & pepperoni

  • Broil for 8 minutes

  • Enjoy!
