Low Carb High Protein Breakfast Tacos Ingredients

  • Makes 8 Tacos

  • 8 mission low carb tortillas

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • Salsa to top

Directions

  • Cook sausage

  • Add cottage cheese and eggs to sausage & cook throughout

  • Put filling in tortillas and cook in skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side

  • Top with salsa

  • Enjoy!
