Low Carb High Protein Breakfast Tacos Ingredients
Makes 8 Tacos
8 mission low carb tortillas
1 pound breakfast sausage
4 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Salsa to top
Directions
Cook sausage
Add cottage cheese and eggs to sausage & cook throughout
Put filling in tortillas and cook in skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side
Top with salsa
