Philly Cheesesteak Bowl

 

Philly Cheesesteak Bowl Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers - sliced

  • 1 white onion - sliced

  • 1 lb Wagyu Beef Boneless Center Cut Top Sirloin Steak

  • 6 Provolone cheese slices

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven 350F

  • Preheat cast iron skillet to medium heat

  • Sauté sliced onion and bell pepper in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Cover and let simmer until cooked down for about 12-15 minutes

  • Cook salt and peppered steak for 6 minutes on each side in cast iron

  • Remove steak from cast iron and thinly slice

  • In a baking pan add sautéed vegetables, steak slices, and 6 provolone slices on top

  • Place in oven for 5 minutes

  • *** Sautéed mushrooms would also be a great addition

  • Enjoy!
