Baylie’s Keto Cheesecake Ingredients

  • For the crust:

    • 1-1/2 cups almond flour

    • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener - we use LAKANTO

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • For the filling:

    • 48 oz cream cheese - use regular NOT low fat

    • 2 cups LAKANTO powdered sweetener

    • 5 eggs room temp

    • 8oz room temp sour cream

    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven 325F

  • Combine all ingredients for crust and mix in a mixer

  • Pour the crust in a 8 inch springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 6 minutes

  • In a bowl beat cream cheese, add sweetener, eggs, vanilla, sour cream

  • Beat till well mixed and then pour on cooked crust

  • Cook in oven for 50 minutes

  • Turn off the oven and crack the door for 30 minutes

  • Then let rest on the counter for a couple of hours

  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge overnight

  • Enjoy!
