Lower Carb Higher Protein Boursin Cheese Pasta Ingredients
(1) 10oz cherry tomatoes
(1) 5.2oz Boursin cheese garlic & fine herb
1 box Banza rotini pasta
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Cook pasta per package directions
Add Boursin to the center of baking dish, then add tomatoes surrounding the cheese
Top the Boursin cheese with minced garlic
Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil and then bake for 20 minutes
Once the Boursin and tomatoes are cooked, mix well
Add cooked and drained pasta to the dish, then mix well
Top with Parmesan cheese
ADD SHREDDED CHICKEN FOR MORE PROTEIN******
