Lower Carb Higher Protein Boursin Cheese Pasta Ingredients

  • (1) 10oz cherry tomatoes

  • (1) 5.2oz Boursin cheese garlic & fine herb

  • 1 box Banza rotini pasta

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cook pasta per package directions

  • Add Boursin to the center of baking dish, then add tomatoes surrounding the cheese

  • Top the Boursin cheese with minced garlic

  • Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil and then bake for 20 minutes

  • Once the Boursin and tomatoes are cooked, mix well

  • Add cooked and drained pasta to the dish, then mix well

  • Top with Parmesan cheese

  • ADD SHREDDED CHICKEN FOR MORE PROTEIN******
