Lower Carb Egg Roll Burrito Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
3 cups coleslaw mix (one bag)
1/4 cup green onion - chopped
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp ginger paste
Olive oil to grease pan
8 Mission Low Carb Tortillas
Directions
Cook pork in skillet on medium heat
Once cooked throughout, add coleslaw mix, ginger, onion, and coconut aminos
Mix well and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Add filling to your tortillas and roll like a burrito
Leave skillet temp at medium heat, add olive oil to your pan so they don’t stick, and place burritos in pan and cook 1 minute on both sides
