Lower Carb Egg Roll Burrito Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (one bag)

  • 1/4 cup green onion - chopped

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp ginger paste

  • Olive oil to grease pan

  • 8 Mission Low Carb Tortillas

Directions

  • Cook pork in skillet on medium heat

  • Once cooked throughout, add coleslaw mix, ginger, onion, and coconut aminos

  • Mix well and cook on low heat for 5 minutes

  • Add filling to your tortillas and roll like a burrito

  • Leave skillet temp at medium heat, add olive oil to your pan so they don’t stick, and place burritos in pan and cook 1 minute on both sides

  • Enjoy!
