Low Carb Big Mac Cottage Cheese Salad Ingredients - 4 Dinner Servings

  • Sauce:

    • 1/4 cup olive oil Mayo

    • 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup

    • 2 tbsp dill relish

    • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • Romaine lettuce - chopped

  • 1/4 cup sliced onion - I used white

  • 1 tomato - chopped

  • Pickles to top

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended in food processor or blender

Directions

  • Preheat skillet to medium

  • Mix all sauce ingredients together

  • Cook meat in skillet on medium heat

  • Once meat is cooked mix with blended cottage cheese

  • Assemble bowl:

    • Lettuce , meat mixture, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, drizzle sauce on top

  • Enjoy!
