Low Carb Big Mac Cottage Cheese Salad
Low Carb Big Mac Cottage Cheese Salad Ingredients - 4 Dinner Servings
Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil Mayo
1 tbsp sugar free ketchup
2 tbsp dill relish
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb lean ground beef
Romaine lettuce - chopped
1/4 cup sliced onion - I used white
1 tomato - chopped
Pickles to top
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese blended in food processor or blender
Directions
Preheat skillet to medium
Mix all sauce ingredients together
Cook meat in skillet on medium heat
Once meat is cooked mix with blended cottage cheese
Assemble bowl:
Lettuce , meat mixture, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, drizzle sauce on top
