Low Carb Tuna Casserole Ingredients
(2) small cans tuna - drained
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese - divided
1/4 cup frozen peas - unthawed
1 bag Banza pasta - cooked & drained
1/4 cup pork rinds - grind in food processor
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cook pasta per package directions
While pasta is cooking mix sour cream , heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and tuna
Place cooked pasta in dish, layer with peas, tuna mixture
Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan and pork rinds on top
Cook in oven for 20 min
