Low Carb Tuna Casserole Ingredients

  • (2) small cans tuna - drained

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese - divided

  • 1/4 cup frozen peas - unthawed

  • 1 bag Banza pasta - cooked & drained

  • 1/4 cup pork rinds - grind in food processor

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Cook pasta per package directions

  • While pasta is cooking mix sour cream , heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and tuna

  • Place cooked pasta in dish, layer with peas, tuna mixture

  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan and pork rinds on top

  • Cook in oven for 20 min

  • Enjoy!
