Low Carb Restaurant Quality Salmon Ingredients
2-4 fresh salmon filets
1 tbsp minced garlic
10oz grape tomatoes
1 bunch of asparagus (I just used the heads)
5.2oz garlic and fine herb Boursin cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Place your salmon filets on a foil lined baking tray, seriously NO NEED to add any salt or pepper as the cheese sauce will be more than enough
In a baking dish, place your Boursin cheese in the center, add the asparagus and tomatoes surrounding the cheese
Drizzle veggies with olive oil
Place minced garlic on top of Boursin cheese
Bake BOTH dishes at the same time in the oven for 20 minutes
When done, mix the Boursin cheese with the veggies
Peel the skin off of your salmon
Top the salmon fillets with the Boursin veggie sauce
