Low Carb Restaurant Quality Salmon Ingredients

  • 2-4 fresh salmon filets

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 10oz grape tomatoes

  • 1 bunch of asparagus (I just used the heads)

  • 5.2oz garlic and fine herb Boursin cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Place your salmon filets on a foil lined baking tray, seriously NO NEED to add any salt or pepper as the cheese sauce will be more than enough

  • In a baking dish, place your Boursin cheese in the center, add the asparagus and tomatoes surrounding the cheese

  • Drizzle veggies with olive oil

  • Place minced garlic on top of Boursin cheese

  • Bake BOTH dishes at the same time in the oven for 20 minutes

  • When done, mix the Boursin cheese with the veggies

  • Peel the skin off of your salmon

  • Top the salmon fillets with the Boursin veggie sauce

  • Enjoy!
