High Protein Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Ingredients
(2) 12 oz bags fresh broccoli cauliflower mixture (you can use 1 cauliflower head and 1 broccoli head also)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices bacon
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Blend cottage cheese and garlic powder in blender, then place in bowl
Add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and mix together
Cook bacon in the microwave and crumble
Add cooked bacon to mixture and mix well
Heat both bags of veggies in microwave to soften (3 minutes per bag)
Place vegetables in baking dish and top with cream cheese bacon topping
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Cook in oven for 20 minutes
