High Protein Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Ingredients

  • (2) 12 oz bags fresh broccoli cauliflower mixture (you can use 1 cauliflower head and 1 broccoli head also)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Blend cottage cheese and garlic powder in blender, then place in bowl

  • Add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and mix together

  • Cook bacon in the microwave and crumble

  • Add cooked bacon to mixture and mix well

  • Heat both bags of veggies in microwave to soften (3 minutes per bag)

  • Place vegetables in baking dish and top with cream cheese bacon topping

  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

  • Cook in oven for 20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
