Bruschetta Prosciutto Wrapped Goat Cheese Keto Chicken Ingredients - Serves 2

  • 3 oz package prosciutto slices (6 slices needed)

  • 6 Realgood Chicken strips

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Fratelli Sundried Tomato Bruschetta topping (store bought / you can also find sun dried tomato pesto)

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Spread tomato sauce on frozen chicken, sprinkle goat cheese, and wrap chicken strips in prosciutto

  • Add asparagus to a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil

  • Cook for 20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
