• 8 oz Fairlife whole milk

• 1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology

• 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener

• 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla jello pudding mix

• 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest - added to mixture PRIOR to freezing

• 1 Lenny and Larry Lemon Poppy Seed Cookie

Directions

• Blend in blender - freeze 7 hours

• Use ninja creami and spin on lite ice cream

• No need to re-spin

• Add chopped cookie

• Spin on “mix in” setting

• Enjoy!
