1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology
1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla jello pudding mix
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest - added to mixture PRIOR to freezing
Directions
Blend in blender - freeze 7 hours
Use ninja creami and spin on lite ice cream
No need to re-spin
Add chopped cookie
Spin on “mix in” setting
