Keto Spaghetti Boat Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash
(1) 24 ounce Rao’s Marina
1 lb turkey sausage or ground turkey
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese - shredded
Directions
Cut spaghetti squash length wise and scrape out guts
Brush inside of spaghetti squash with olive oil
Sprinkle spaghetti squash with salt and pepper
Roast spaghetti squash face down in oven at 400F for 40 minutes
Brown turkey sausage/ground turkey in skillet
Add Italian season and marinara to cooked turkey sausage/ground turkey, mix well
Once spaghetti squash is cooked, shred squash with fork and top with mixture
Top with parmesan
