Keto Spaghetti Boat Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash

  • (1) 24 ounce Rao’s Marina

  • 1 lb turkey sausage or ground turkey

  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - shredded

Directions

  • Cut spaghetti squash length wise and scrape out guts

  • Brush inside of spaghetti squash with olive oil

  • Sprinkle spaghetti squash with salt and pepper

  • Roast spaghetti squash face down in oven at 400F for 40 minutes

  • Brown turkey sausage/ground turkey in skillet

  • Add Italian season and marinara to cooked turkey sausage/ground turkey, mix well

  • Once spaghetti squash is cooked, shred squash with fork and top with mixture

  • Top with parmesan

  • Enjoy!
