60g Protein Low Carb Fig Goat Cheese Pizza Ingredients
2 tsp fig jam
2 ounces goat cheese
3 slice prosciutto
4 figs - slice in half
Arugula to top
Balsamic vinegar to top
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F
Place pizza crust in oven for 8 minutes
Spread jam and goat cheese on pizza crust
Top pizza with prosciutto and figs
Return to oven for 8 minutes
Remove from oven and top with arugula and balsamic vinegar
Enjoy!
