Hot Honey Salmon with Brussel Sprouts and Dijon Aioli Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts - cut in half
Salmon filets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Hot honey
Aioli:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Mayo
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Place salmon filets & brussels on a sheet pan
Drizzle brussel sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle hot honey on salmon, then bake for 20 minutes
Mix aioli ingredients
Once salmon and brussels are done cooking dip the brussels in the aioli.
