Hot Honey Salmon with Brussel Sprouts and Dijon Aioli Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts - cut in half

  • Salmon filets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Hot honey

  • Aioli:

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    • 2 tablespoons Mayo

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Place salmon filets & brussels on a sheet pan

  • Drizzle brussel sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Drizzle hot honey on salmon, then bake for 20 minutes

  • Mix aioli ingredients

  • Once salmon and brussels are done cooking dip the brussels in the aioli.

  • Enjoy!
