Chicken Bacon Ranch Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Zucchini Boats Ingredients

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 2 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled (I cook mine in the microwave for easy cleanup)

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

  • 1 fresh jalapeño - finely chopped

  • 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 4 zucchini’s- slice lengthwise & scrape out most of the middle leaving room for the filling

  • Walden Farms Calorie Free Ranch Dressing

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cook chicken for 20 minutes

  • Mix cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken

  • Fill boats, then cook at 350F for 15 minutes

  • Top with Walden farms calorie free ranch dressing

  • Enjoy!
