High Protein Thai Lettuce Wraps Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup green onion - chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion - chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp Thai sweet red chili sauce
1 lime - squeezed
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Sesame seeds to garnish
Butter lettuce for lettuce wrap
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat
Add ground chicken and cook throughout
Add sesame oil, yellow onion, garlic, ginger and cook for 3 minutes
Add lime juice, sugar free syrup, coconut aminos, chili sauce, carrots, green onion, and cashews
Simmer on low for 10 minutes
Scoop out meat mixture into your butter lettuce cups and top with sesame seeds
