High Protein Thai Lettuce Wraps Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup green onion - chopped

  • 1/2 cup yellow onion - chopped

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp ginger paste

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 1/4 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 tbsp Thai sweet red chili sauce

  • 1 lime - squeezed

  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

  • Sesame seeds to garnish

  • Butter lettuce for lettuce wrap

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat

  • Add ground chicken and cook throughout

  • Add sesame oil, yellow onion, garlic, ginger and cook for 3 minutes

  • Add lime juice, sugar free syrup, coconut aminos, chili sauce, carrots, green onion, and cashews

  • Simmer on low for 10 minutes

  • Scoop out meat mixture into your butter lettuce cups and top with sesame seeds

  • Enjoy!
