50g Protein Taco Bowl - Lunch for the Entire Week Ingredients - 5 Servings

  • 5 bags Quest loaded taco protein chips - crushed 

  • 1 lb lean ground beef - cooked

  • 1 can black beans - microwaved and drained

  • 12 oz cottage cheese - blended in blender

  • 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Directions

  • Cook ground beef on stove

  • Microwave and drain black beans

  • Blend cottage cheese in a blender and pour into a bowl when done

  • Add freshly grated cheddar cheese and microwave for 1 minute

  • Stir and add taco seasoning

  • Heat an additional minute in the microwave

  • Divide beans into 5 containers

  • Divide ground beef and place on top of beans

  • Divide queso mixture on top of meat and close container

  • Re-heat in the microwave for 1 minute, add crushed chips on top, and enjoy everyday for lunch this week

  • ***This lunch cost less than $6 per serving!!!
