50g Protein Taco Bowl - Lunch for the Entire Week Ingredients - 5 Servings
5 bags Quest loaded taco protein chips - crushed
1 lb lean ground beef - cooked
1 can black beans - microwaved and drained
12 oz cottage cheese - blended in blender
1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Directions
Cook ground beef on stove
Microwave and drain black beans
Blend cottage cheese in a blender and pour into a bowl when done
Add freshly grated cheddar cheese and microwave for 1 minute
Stir and add taco seasoning
Heat an additional minute in the microwave
Divide beans into 5 containers
Divide ground beef and place on top of beans
Divide queso mixture on top of meat and close container
Re-heat in the microwave for 1 minute, add crushed chips on top, and enjoy everyday for lunch this week
