High Protein Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bowl Ingredients - Serves 4

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix

  • 1 lb chicken tenders - cooked

  • 1/4 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce + more for drizzling

  • 4 Skinny Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon per bowl bleu cheese crumbles

  • Walden Farms Calorie Free Bleu Cheese Dressing

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cook chicken for 20 minutes in oven

  • Shred chicken with a fork once cooked

  • Add Skinny Cow Cheese while chicken is hot so the cheese melts

  • Add buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning, then stir well

  • In a bowl place your coleslaw, the chicken mixture

  • Top with bleu cheese, and bleu cheese dressing

  • Drizzle Frank’s over top

  • Enjoy!
