High Protein Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bowl Ingredients - Serves 4
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 lb chicken tenders - cooked
1/4 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce + more for drizzling
4 Skinny Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon per bowl bleu cheese crumbles

Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Cook chicken for 20 minutes in oven
Shred chicken with a fork once cooked
Add Skinny Cow Cheese while chicken is hot so the cheese melts
Add buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning, then stir well
In a bowl place your coleslaw, the chicken mixture
Top with bleu cheese, and bleu cheese dressing
Drizzle Frank’s over top
