High Protein No Carb Pizza Ingredients

  • (1) ZeroCarb LYFE chicken pizza crust

  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parm cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded brussel sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon hot honey

  • Red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Cook pizza crust for 8 minutes in oven per package directions

  • Sauté Brussels with olive oil in sauce Pan for 5 minutes

  • Top pizza with ricotta, Brussels, and Parmesan

  • Place back in oven for another 8 minutes

  • Add hot honey and pepper flakes

  • Enjoy!
