High Protein No Carb Pizza Ingredients
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated parm cheese
1/2 cup shredded brussel sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon hot honey
Red pepper flakes
Directions
Cook pizza crust for 8 minutes in oven per package directions
Sauté Brussels with olive oil in sauce Pan for 5 minutes
Top pizza with ricotta, Brussels, and Parmesan
Place back in oven for another 8 minutes
Add hot honey and pepper flakes
