Broccoli Ham Cottage Cheese High Protein Low Carb Cauliflower Casserole Ingredients
12 oz diced ham (I used Fricks)
1.5 cup Colby Jack and Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 head broccoli - diced
1 bag 12 oz cauliflower rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cook rice in microwave
Blend cottage cheese in a blender until creamy
Add cottage cheese, cauliflower rice, 1 cup cheese, spices, ham, broccoli, and cauliflower to casserole dish and mix well
Add remaining 1/2 cheese sprinkled on top
Cook in oven for 30 minutes
