Broccoli Ham Cottage Cheese High Protein Low Carb Cauliflower Casserole Ingredients

  • 12 oz diced ham (I used Fricks)

  • 1.5 cup Colby Jack and Monterey Jack shredded cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 head broccoli - diced

  • 1 bag 12 oz cauliflower rice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Cook rice in microwave

  • Blend cottage cheese in a blender until creamy

  • Add cottage cheese, cauliflower rice, 1 cup cheese, spices, ham, broccoli, and cauliflower to casserole dish and mix well

  • Add remaining 1/2 cheese sprinkled on top

  • Cook in oven for 30 minutes

  • Enjoy!
