Easy High Protein Low Carb Teriyaki Bowl

 

Easy High Protein Low Carb Teriyaki Bowl Ingredients - 4 Servings

  • 12 oz stir fry medley (mine contained fresh veggies from HEB - it had sauce in the package that I threw away. You can use frozen stir fry veggies too)

  • 7oz bag Banza rice

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (using chicken breast is an option also)

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cook rice according to package directions

  • Cook chicken for 20 minutes, then shred with a fork

  • Heat olive oil on medium low heat

  • Cover & cook stir fry for 20 minutes while your chicken cooks

  • Add shredded chicken to veggies, drained cooked rice, and teriyaki sauce

  • Mix well 

  • Enjoy!
