Easy High Protein Low Carb Teriyaki Bowl
Easy High Protein Low Carb Teriyaki Bowl Ingredients - 4 Servings
12 oz stir fry medley (mine contained fresh veggies from HEB - it had sauce in the package that I threw away. You can use frozen stir fry veggies too)
7oz bag Banza rice
1 lb chicken tenders (using chicken breast is an option also)
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Cook rice according to package directions
Cook chicken for 20 minutes, then shred with a fork
Heat olive oil on medium low heat
Cover & cook stir fry for 20 minutes while your chicken cooks
Add shredded chicken to veggies, drained cooked rice, and teriyaki sauce
Mix well
