Baylie’s Keto Walnut Fudge Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (calorie free sweetener)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Enjoy Life sugar free dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Heat cream, butter, and sweetener on the stove on medium/low heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently

  • Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips, stir well

  • Pour mixture in a 8x8 glass pan (I put parchment paper on the pan so it’s less mess)

  • Refrigerate for 8 hours minimum, but better if left refrigerated overnight!

  • Enjoy!
