Baylie’s Keto Walnut Fudge Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (calorie free sweetener)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Enjoy Life sugar free dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Heat cream, butter, and sweetener on the stove on medium/low heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently
Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips, stir well
Pour mixture in a 8x8 glass pan (I put parchment paper on the pan so it’s less mess)
Refrigerate for 8 hours minimum, but better if left refrigerated overnight!
