Crustless Keto Quiche Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • Fresh head of broccoli

  • 1/2 yellow onion

  • 2/3 cup whole milk

  • 1/4 cup half and half

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 cup fontina cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives

Directions

  • Cook bacon in frying pan and then crumble

  • Cook cut up broccoli and onion in left over bacon grease

  • In a mixing bowl whisk eggs, milk, half and half, salt and pepper, mustard, chives, crumbled bacon, sautéed broccoli and onion

  • Pour mixture in a 9” non-stick sprayed pie dish

  • Cook Crustless Keto Quiche for 50 minutes at 350F

  • Enjoy!
