Healthy Pumpkin Brownies Ingredients

  • (1) can of pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup EnjoyLife chocolate chips

  • 1 cup almond flower

  • 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Set oven at 350F

  • Line 8X8 brownie pan with parchment paper

  • Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips

  • Fold in chocolate chips

  • Cook for 35 minutes

  • Serve with sugar free CoolWhip or low carb ice cream

  • Enjoy!
