Healthy Pumpkin Brownies Ingredients
(1) can of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup EnjoyLife chocolate chips
1 cup almond flower
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
Directions
Set oven at 350F
Line 8X8 brownie pan with parchment paper
Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips
Cook for 35 minutes
Serve with sugar free CoolWhip or low carb ice cream
