1 Pan Easy Cashew Chicken Bake Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast tenders boneless skinless - cut into bite size pieces
Produce
1 red, orange, and yellow bell pepper - cut into bit size pieces
4 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp ginger - freshly grated
1/4 cup red onion - diced
1/4 cup green onion - chopped
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
Sesame seeds for garnish
Sauce:
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp toasted Sesame oil
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup coconut aminos
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
Mix all ingredients to make the sauce
Place peppers and onion on baking sheet
Pour 1/2 of the sauce on top and cook for 15 minutes
Place chicken and cashews on baking sheet with the peppers, add remaining sauce, cook for another 15 minute
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
Serve over brown rice
