Vegan Vegetarian Gluten Free High Protein Creamy Pasta Ingredients

  • 1 bag Banza spaghetti

  • 1/2 cup pasta water from cooking Banza

  • 1 head broccoli - chopped

  • 1/4 yellow onion - chopped

  • 1/2 lemon - squeezed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Dash of red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 container Boursin Garlic and Herb Vegan Cheese Spread

Directions

  • Cook Banza per package directions

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet

  • Add garlic and broccoli to skillet, then cover and simmer until pasta is done

  • Add Boursin cheese and pasta water, mix well

  • Add pasta and then squeeze lemon and mix well

  • Add red pepper flakes for a little kick if desired

  • Enjoy!
