Vegan Vegetarian Gluten Free High Protein Creamy Pasta Ingredients
1 bag Banza spaghetti
1/2 cup pasta water from cooking Banza
1 head broccoli - chopped
1/4 yellow onion - chopped
1/2 lemon - squeezed
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash of red pepper flakes (optional)
1 container Boursin Garlic and Herb Vegan Cheese Spread
Directions
Cook Banza per package directions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet
Add garlic and broccoli to skillet, then cover and simmer until pasta is done
Add Boursin cheese and pasta water, mix well
Add pasta and then squeeze lemon and mix well
Add red pepper flakes for a little kick if desired
