Easy High Protein Low Carb Chicken Piccata Ingredients - Serves 1
2 Realgood Chicken strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove - minced
1 tbsp capers
1/2 lemon - squeezed
1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook chicken per package directions (18 minutes)
Heat olive oil in skillet
Add capers and garlic, then simmer on low for 18 minutes
Once chicken is done, spoon sauce over chicken and add cheese over top
