Easy High Protein Low Carb Chicken Piccata Ingredients - Serves 1

  • 2 Realgood Chicken strips

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove - minced

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1/2 lemon - squeezed

  • 1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Cook chicken per package directions (18 minutes)

  • Heat olive oil in skillet

  • Add capers and garlic, then simmer on low for 18 minutes

  • Once chicken is done, spoon sauce over chicken and add cheese over top

  • Enjoy!
