Superfood High Protein Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Shakeology

  • 2 tbsp Sugar free maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup EnjoyLife chocolate chunks

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Directions

  • In a blender mix cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup

  • In a separate bowl mix Shakeology and almond flour

  • Add cottage cheese mixture to bowl, then mix well

  • Fold in chocolate chunks

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve

  • Enjoy!
