Spicy Tuna Bowls
Spicy Tuna Bowls Ingredients - Serves 4
(2) 10 ounce cans tuna - drained
1 bag Banza rice
2 tbsp Kewpie mayo (regular is ok to use)
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 cucumber - diced
1 avocado - diced
1/4 cup edamame beans
Green onion to garnish
Roasted black seaweed - optional
Directions
Cook Banza rice per package directions, then let sit to room temp before serving
Mix tuna, mayo, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame seed oil, and coconut aminos together
Layer bowl with rice and tuna mixture
Add additional *optional toppings: cucumber, avocado, and edamame
Garnish with green onion and black seaweed (**OPTIONAL)
