  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup red onion - chopped

  • 1/4 cup celery - chopped

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup walnuts - chopped

  • Green onion to garnish

  • *optional - lettuce to make wraps, keto tortillas, or keto bread

Directions

  • Mix chicken, cottage cheese, red onion, celery, mayo, mustard, and walnuts together

  • Garnish with green onion

  • Serve on lettuce, tortillas, or bread
