Low Carb High Protein Loaded Pizza Casserole Meal Prep for 2 Ingredients - 10 Servings

  • 2 spaghetti squash - halved

  • 1 lb spicy pork sausage 

  • 1 lb ground turkey 

  • (5) slices cooked bacon 

  • Mini pepperoni 

  • (2) Raos Pizza Sauce

  • Italian seasoning 

  • Parmesan cheese 

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cut spaghetti squash in 1/2 and take out seeds

  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  • Cook on baking sheet for 40 minutes

  • While squash is cooking cook spicy pork sausage and ground turkey together in a skillet

  • Cook the bacon in the microwave for about 5 minutes

  • Once squash is finished shred with a fork

  • Divide squash into 10 meal prep containers

  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning

  • Top with spicy pork and ground turkey, bacon, Roas pizza sauce, mini pepperoni and Parmesan cheese

  • Omit Parmesan cheese for dairy sensitivity***

  • Enjoy!
