Low Carb High Protein Loaded Pizza Casserole Meal Prep for 2 Ingredients - 10 Servings
2 spaghetti squash - halved
1 lb spicy pork sausage
1 lb ground turkey
(5) slices cooked bacon
Mini pepperoni
(2) Raos Pizza Sauce
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut spaghetti squash in 1/2 and take out seeds
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cook on baking sheet for 40 minutes
While squash is cooking cook spicy pork sausage and ground turkey together in a skillet
Cook the bacon in the microwave for about 5 minutes
Once squash is finished shred with a fork
Divide squash into 10 meal prep containers
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
Top with spicy pork and ground turkey, bacon, Roas pizza sauce, mini pepperoni and Parmesan cheese
Omit Parmesan cheese for dairy sensitivity***
