Low Carb High Protein Buffalo Chicken Wraps Ingredients

  • Low carb tortillas

  • 1/4 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 2 cups shredded chicken

Directions

  • Combine cottage cheese, ranch season, and Frank’s together, mix well

  • Mix in shredded chicken

  • Fill tortillas with chicken mixture

  • Place face down on a hot frying pan and sear on both sides

  • Add Walden Farm’s Bleu Cheese Calorie free dressing on top if desired
