Keto Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joe Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1/2 cup chicken bone broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce

  • Crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle

  • Chopped chives to sprinkle

  • Walden farms calorie free blue cheese dressing

  • We used keto buns but you can use regular buns or lettuce wraps etc

Directions

  • Add olive oil to skillet and heat

  • Add onion and garlic to heat for 2-3 minutes

  • Add chicken to skillet and cook

  • Once browned, add tomato paste, bone broth, ranch seasoning, Frank’s, and Worcestershire

  • Take and then place chicken mixture to Keto bun

  • Top with bleu cheese, Walden dressing, and chives

  • Enjoy!
