Keto Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joe Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pound ground chicken
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken bone broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
Crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle
Chopped chives to sprinkle

We used keto buns but you can use regular buns or lettuce wraps etc
Directions
Add olive oil to skillet and heat
Add onion and garlic to heat for 2-3 minutes
Add chicken to skillet and cook
Once browned, add tomato paste, bone broth, ranch seasoning, Frank’s, and Worcestershire
Take and then place chicken mixture to Keto bun
Top with bleu cheese, Walden dressing, and chives
