Keto Beef Veggie Comeback Sauce Meal Prep Ingredients - 5 Servings

  • Beef

    • 1 lb lean ground beef

    • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • Veggies

    • 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts - cut into 4ths

    • 1 head broccoli - chopped

    • 1 orange bell pepper - chopped

    • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • Comeback Sauce

    • 1/2 cup avocado mayo

    • 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup

    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    • 1/2 tsp sriracha

    • 1/2 tsp paprika

    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425F

  • Place veggies on baking sheet, then drizzle with garlic powder and olive oil

  • Cook for 25 minutes in oven

  • Ground beef in skillet and once cooked, add chili powder

  • Mix all ingredients for comeback sauce together

  • Divide vegetables in 5 containers

  • Top with meat and top with sauce

  • Enjoy!
