1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp chili powder
Veggies
1 lb fresh brussels sprouts - cut into 4ths
1 head broccoli - chopped
1 orange bell pepper - chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Comeback Sauce
1/2 cup avocado mayo
1 tbsp sugar free ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sriracha
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
Place veggies on baking sheet, then drizzle with garlic powder and olive oil
Cook for 25 minutes in oven
Ground beef in skillet and once cooked, add chili powder
Mix all ingredients for comeback sauce together
Divide vegetables in 5 containers
Top with meat and top with sauce
