High Protein Cottage Cheese 4 Ingredient Dinner for 4 Ingredients
1 package apple chicken sausage
2 - 3 heads of broccoli
1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese blended in blender
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Place broccoli florets and sausage on a sheet pan
Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and cook the sausage and broccoli for 30 minutes
Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Add broccoli and sausage to a baking dish
Pour blended cottage cheese over broccoli and sausage and mix with hands
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
Return to oven for 15 minutes
