High Protein Cottage Cheese 4 Ingredient Dinner for 4 Ingredients

  • 1 package apple chicken sausage

  • 2 - 3 heads of broccoli

  • 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended in blender

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Place broccoli florets and sausage on a sheet pan

  • Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and cook the sausage and broccoli for 30 minutes

  • Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Add broccoli and sausage to a baking dish

  • Pour blended cottage cheese over broccoli and sausage and mix with hands

  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top

  • Return to oven for 15 minutes

  • Enjoy!
