High Protein Buffalo Chicken Chickpea Pasta Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast - shredded

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce

  • Banza pasta

  • (6) Laughing Cow cheese wedges

Directions

  • Cook Banza pasta per package directions

  • Place cooked shredded chicken (I cooked mine in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes. You can also use rotisserie chicken), ranch seasoning, Frank’s, and Laughing Cow to large bowl

  • Heat mixture in microwave for one minute

  • Remove from microwave and mix well

  • Add mixture to drained pasta and mix well

  • Enjoy!
