High Protein Buffalo Chicken Chickpea Pasta Ingredients
1 chicken breast - shredded
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
Banza pasta
(6) Laughing Cow cheese wedges
Directions
Cook Banza pasta per package directions
Place cooked shredded chicken (I cooked mine in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes. You can also use rotisserie chicken), ranch seasoning, Frank’s, and Laughing Cow to large bowl
Heat mixture in microwave for one minute
Remove from microwave and mix well
Add mixture to drained pasta and mix well
