Crunchy High Protein Tuna Slaw Salad Ingredients - 2 Servings
1 bag coleslaw
2 cans tuna - drained
2 small apples - diced
1/2 cup yellow onion - diced
1/2 cup celery - diced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
Dressing:
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon stevia
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients together
Mix in 1 diced apple and slaw
Place in 2 bowls
Mix tuna, onion, celery, yogurt, garlic powder, and apple together
Place tuna mixture on slaw
