Crunchy High Protein Tuna Slaw Salad Ingredients - 2 Servings

  • 1 bag coleslaw

  • 2 cans tuna - drained

  • 2 small apples - diced

  • 1/2 cup yellow onion - diced

  • 1/2 cup celery - diced

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Dressing:

    • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon stevia

    • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Mix dressing ingredients together

  • Mix in 1 diced apple and slaw

  • Place in 2 bowls

  • Mix tuna, onion, celery, yogurt, garlic powder, and apple together

  • Place tuna mixture on slaw

  • Enjoy!
