Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken shredded

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

  • 8 oz cottage cheese blended in blender

  • 8 ounces carrot - spears

  • 1 bag Quest Ranch Chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Cook chicken in oven for 25 minutes, then shred

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Top with blue cheese and chopped green onion

  • Dip with carrots and Quest Ranch Chips

  • Enjoy!
