2 bags cauliflower rice
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 green pepper - diced
1/2 yellow onion - diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Aidells Smoked Pork Andouille Sausage Links Cajun Style - sliced
Directions
Cook cauliflower rice in microwave, remove excess water with a paper towel
Heat olive oil on medium heat in a skillet
Add green pepper and onion and cook for 3 minutes
Add sausage and cook for 10 minutes
Add Cajun seasoning and mix well
Add cauliflower rice and mix well for 2 minutes
