  • 2 bags cauliflower rice

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 green pepper - diced

  • 1/2 yellow onion - diced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Aidells Smoked Pork Andouille Sausage Links Cajun Style - sliced

Directions

  • Cook cauliflower rice in microwave, remove excess water with a paper towel

  • Heat olive oil on medium heat in a skillet

  • Add green pepper and onion and cook for 3 minutes

  • Add sausage and cook for 10 minutes

  • Add Cajun seasoning and mix well

  • Add cauliflower rice and mix well for 2 minutes

  • Enjoy!
