Low Carb Cajun Chicken Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders (1 lb came with 5)

  • 5 tbsp whipped cream cheese 

  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning 

  • 1 yellow bell pepper

  • 1 orange bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Remove seeds from bell peppers and slice them lengthwise

  • Place in bottom of baking dish and top with chicken tenders

  • Top tenders with whipped cream cheese. Spread across each chicken breast with a knife.

  • Sprinkle combined dish with cajun seasoning, then top with cheddar cheese

  • Bake for 20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
