Keto Crustless Hawaiian Pizza Ingredients

  • (1) 8 ounce full fat cream cheese - room temp

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 parmesan cheese - grated

  • 1/2 cup Rao’s Pizza Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded

  • Favorite pizza toppings - to make Hawaiian I used (1) can chopped pineapple and Canadian bacon

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder - this is used to sprinkle at the end

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Lightly spray 9X13 baking dish with non-stick spray

  • With a mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese until combined

  • Spread into baking dish

  • Bake for 15 minutes

  • Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes

  • Spread pizza sauce on crust, top with mozzarella cheese and toppings, sprinkle pizza with garlic powder

  • Bake 10 minutes

  • Enjoy!
