High Protein Pumpkin Chili
Chili Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey - Cooked
(1) Yellow Onion - Diced
(1) Can Black Beans - Drained
(1) Can Diced Tomatoes
(1) Can Chili Beans
(1) Can Pumpkin
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tbsp Brown Sugar (I prefer Trivia Calorie Free Brown Sugar)
Topping Ingredients
Top with plain greek yogurt, sour cream, fresh jalepenjos, cheddar cheese, avocado, whatever you want. Just have fun with it. Personally I like it without toppings!
Directions
Combine all ingredients in CrockPot
Cook for 6 hours
