High Protein Pumpkin Chili

 

Chili Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey - Cooked

  • (1) Yellow Onion - Diced

  • (1) Can Black Beans - Drained

  • (1) Can Diced Tomatoes

  • (1) Can Chili Beans

  • (1) Can Pumpkin

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (I prefer Trivia Calorie Free Brown Sugar)

Topping Ingredients

  • Top with plain greek yogurt, sour cream, fresh jalepenjos, cheddar cheese, avocado, whatever you want. Just have fun with it. Personally I like it without toppings!

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in CrockPot

  • Cook for 6 hours

  • Enjoy!
