High Protein Veggie Skillet Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 head broccoli - chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves - minced

  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion (less than a 1/2 of an onion)

  • 1 zucchini - diced

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 

Directions

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet on medium heat

  • Cook turkey until browned. then add onion, garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Cover and simmer for 10 min on medium low heat

  • Add tomatoes , basil, oregano, and cover & cook for another 10 minutes

  • Add cheese on top

  • Enjoy!
