High Protein Veggie Skillet
High Protein Veggie Skillet Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 head broccoli - chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves - minced
1/4 cup diced yellow onion (less than a 1/2 of an onion)
1 zucchini - diced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet on medium heat
Cook turkey until browned. then add onion, garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and 1 tbsp olive oil
Cover and simmer for 10 min on medium low heat
Add tomatoes , basil, oregano, and cover & cook for another 10 minutes
Add cheese on top
