Funky Healthy Tuna Salad for Two Ingredients

  • 2 can of tuna fish in water low sodium - drain well

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup capers

  • 1/4 cup celery - chopped finely

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp whole ground dijon mustard

  • Zest of one lemon

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill 

  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and put on rice cakes

  • Pair with fresh veggies for the perfect meal 

  • Enjoy!
