Funky Healthy Tuna Salad for Two Ingredients
2 can of tuna fish in water low sodium - drain well
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup celery - chopped finely
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp whole ground dijon mustard
Zest of one lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put on rice cakes
Pair with fresh veggies for the perfect meal
